Plump sultanas soaked in Earl Grey tea, honey for sweetness, lemon and orange zest for a citrusy tang, all spiced with cinnamon and nutmeg, in our signature white sourdoughs. Our sourdoughs take around 36 hours of natural fermentation to produce (approx 900g to 950g).
