All orders are made to order and available for collection at your chosen location and time slot.
Collection
Simply select your preferred collection location and time slot when placing your order. We'll have your freshly baked goods ready for you to collect.

Returns & Refunds
We take pride in the quality of our baked goods. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of collection.
Quality Guarantee
If there's an issue with the quality of your baked goods, we'll be happy to provide a replacement or full refund.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before your collection time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of collection time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
