Organic wholemeal sourdough made with spelt flour, an ancient grain rich in vitamins, minerals and easily digestible fibre. Our loaves don’t contain any additives, just flour, water and a touch of salt. They take around 36 hours of natural fermentation to produce a lovely healthy loaf.
